Takisawa UK Ltd (formerley Rockwell Machine Tools) and Takisawa Machine Tool Company of Japan have worked together for 30 years and for the last 17 years has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Takisawa, Japan. Operating from our 1,200 sq. metre Technical Centre in Redditch, we offer an excellent after sales service using our own Japanese trained Applications and Service Engineers together with resident Japanese Engineers. We operate a telephone help line for service and programming problems and supply spare parts to all Takisawa CNC machine tool dealers in Europe.

We offer a wide range of CNC machine tools:

- Takisawa machine tool dealers offer the TC range of Japanese built CNC lathes. Our TC range have a high precision turret mounted on a large curvic coupling and are servo motor driven for very fast indexing.

- The Takisawa TT range has been developed to fully automate one or several operations and is made up of three basic sizes of machine, TT-160, TT-200 and TT-350. These machines have twin turrets and twin spindles with overhead high speed gantry loader.

- The Takisawa TPS range of machines have been specifically designed for the Piston manufacturing industry. There are models in the range to suit the requirements of high volume producers and alternatives to meet needs of small batch producers such as the Formula 1 car racing industry.

- The Takisawa TMM range has been specifically designed to give maximum machine versatility and will produce extremely complicated and accurate components in a single set up with very attractive cycle time results.

Our CNC machines are of high quality, Japanese designed and built products from Takisawa, a traditional CNC machine tool builder established in Japan more than 80 years ago.
