TAKISAWA TNR-200 RANGE

The TNR-200 has options of twin spindles or a single spindle with an option of servo positioned tailstock. It has a single, 15 station turret with VDI tool holders to give 15 stations or double VDI tool holders which allow a maximum of 30 stations to be used. The turret can work at either left or right hand spindles. Power tools with 5.5 kW are available on every station with an option of Y-axis for off-centre drilling and milling. Both spindles have a C-axis control.

TAKISAWA TMM-250 Module 1 or Module 3

 
The Takisawa TMM-250 Module 1 has been specifically designed to give maximum machine versatility and will produce extremely complicated and accurate components in a single set up with very attractive cycle time results. It features twin, 15 station turrets with VDI tool holders to give 30 stations or double VDI tool holders which allow a maximum of 60 stations to be used. Both turrets can work simultaneously at either left or right hand spindles. Power tools with 5.5 kW are available on every station with a Y-axis on the upper turret for off-centre drilling and milling. Both spindles have a C-axis control.
The TMM-250 Module 3 features a machining centre style spindle at the upper tool position with a tool change for 30, 60 or 90 tool option, for KM or Capto tools. The spindle has a 260 mm Y axis movement and a B axis of 230 degrees. A 15 station VDI turret is at the lower tool position.
